HLK Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. was awarded the Annual Rate Contract for civil and electrical repair works at HIG Flats, Uttorayon Township, Siliguri, under NRL. The scope of work covered civil maintenance, electrical rewiring, plumbing, and beautification activities across the residential complex.

The project team utilized AutoCAD for layout marking, MS Project for scheduling, and BOQ estimation tools to manage resources efficiently. This structured approach enabled smooth execution and on-time delivery while maintaining the high operational and quality standards defined by NRL.
